Camps

Want to play in a band onstage? Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 7-12 years of age. No experience necessary! Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Students will learn songs by artists such as the White Stripes, Green Day and Imagine Dragons (song selection will vary and is chosen by students with guidance from staff). Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs Monday through Friday and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.

The 80s brought us a wave of new sounds and genres, and produced hits that still rock the airwaves today. In this camp, we’ll perform hits from artists like Van Halen, Rush, AC/DC, Pink Floyd and many more. Monday through Friday will be spent learning and practicing songs from the 80s, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 10-17 years of age who have had some previous instruction.

Come celebrate bands like The Cure, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Weezer and many more in our Best of the 90s summer camp. Students will spend Monday through Friday learning and practicing songs from the 90s, all culminating in a live performance. Pop is a popular genre that dominated the radio in the 2000s. It has produced bands like Maroon 5, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, The Killers, Fall Out Boy and many more who will be featured in this camp. Students will spend Monday through Friday learning and practicing songs, all culminating in a live performance at the end of the week. Through this special 5-day songwriting camp, students will learn how to write their own songs. Students will analyze some of the greatest compositions of the last 60 years in order to develop their own tunes. They will learn about chord progressions, arrangements and other tricks of the trade. We’ll spend Monday through Friday learning and writing songs, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 10-17 years of age who have had previous instruction.
